Welcome to Changing Images

There are an untold number of people at any given time of the day that live, work and visit a hospital, nursing home or other institutional setting. The areas where the majority of these people must be on a daily basis is often bleak and uninviting. Why shouldn't there be butterflies, rainbows and streams, something to distract the mind into comfortable daydreams? We have begun a journey to bring color and beauty to these types of places, to bring the outdoors ~ in.

We invite you to join hands with us in changing the images in facilities on a world wide basis, one wall at a time. The possibilities are endless! We are a non-profit, tax exempt, 501 (c) (3) organization and donations of all amounts are welcome are welcome.

Our path has led us to paint with many wonderful people, who might just happen to be old or sick. Nursing homes are an incredible untapped resource of talent. The beauty of this "work" is that there are no limitations. Everyone is invited to take part regardless of ability. We have yet to meet anyone who is unable to add their personal brushstroke. When we paint together, we are all on the same level, our abilities are equal, we are all giving of ourselves. What greater gift can there be?
